上海万宝盛华人力资源有限公司<br>Quality Assurance Manager（美国著名家用电器公司）<br> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br>1.Plan, organize, and coordinate the quality activities for the assigned Bissell product manufacturing locations, including:<br>&#8226; PPAP:<br>-Ensure that all new or revised components or products use the Bissell PPAP process to document the approval of their introduction or revision.<br>-Ensure and track the timely approval of all issued PPAP's<br>-Reviews and co-approves the PPAP's with the Bissell local TTL.<br>Incoming Inspection:<br>-Ensure that the Process Auditor is periodically assessing the Manufacturer's incoming process<br>-Directs the Process Auditor on the assessment of the supplier's incoming inspection process based on new components and components with a history of problems (eg. BPR issues).<br>&#8226; Process Audits:<br>-Directs which products to audit and when.<br>-Reviews findings.<br>-Ensures closure to all issues.<br>&#8226; Final Inspection:<br>-Coordinates contract inspection, as necessary.<br>&#8226; Direct Ship Program:<br>-Involved via the Process Auditor, as necessary.<br>&#8226; Bissell Problem Resolution Processes (BPR's):<br>-Ensure that BPR's are issued by the Process Auditor for all issues requiring corrective action by the Manufacturer.<br>-Ensure timely manufacturer <br>responses.<br>-Review corrective actions to assure effectiveness at addressing the true root cause.<br>-Follows up on the effectiveness of the corrective action 30 days after implementation.<br>&#8226; Supplier Assessment and Certification:<br>Visit tier-2 suppliers with tier-1 supplier's quality engineer to verify processes are being followed and old issues have been resolved. Brings along the Process Auditor on the initial assessment for training purposes.<br>&#8226; Training<br>-Trains the Process Auditor on job responsibilities. Reviews all new drawings and specifications with the staff to ensure mutual understanding of the requirements. Ensures that the Process Auditor is capable of training the Inspector.<br>&#8226; SEC's (Supplier Engineering Changes):<br>-Monitors the implementation of SEC's.<br>-Co-approves SEC's with the local TTL.<br>&#8226; Quality Plan<br>-Ensure that all new manufactured products have quality plans submitted by the supplier.<br>&#8226; New Product Launch/Trial:<br>Involved via the Process Auditor, as necessary.<br>&#8226; ABR and Reliability Testing:<br>Ensures that the approved schedule is being followed. <br>&#8226; Customer Complaint Resolution:<br>Ensures that BPR's are issued for all significant complaints from BHI.<br><br>2. Performs all other related duties as necessary.<br><br>POSITION REQUIREMENTS<br><br>&#8226; Technical degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other Sciences.<br>&#8226; 3-5 years experience in Quality Engineering <br>&#8226; Good written and verbal communications.
