Cost is also a continual constraint, and you will be responsible for managing product cost, development cost, and maintaining aggressive schedules for our customers.<br>要求： <br>（1）This position is for an experienced Power Electronics Design Engineer( Electrical team leader in shanghai R&D). You must have a minimum of seven years of directly relevant AC/DC and DC/DC design experience. Must be experienced in the use of analog simulation tools like SPICE and MATHCAD. Hands on ability using lab equipment is required.<br>（2）Schematic capture and printed wiring board CAD experience is required. Strong analytical skills are a requirement.<br>（3）You must have the ability to delegate tasks within a group of high performance peers and direct the activities of drafting and technician support. Previous experience with managing complex schedules or team management experience is desired.<br>（4）Candidates must have good language skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment.
