Will provide on-site support at customer location M-F, during normal business hours, and on-call support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, in alignment with EADS and customer contractual requirements. Will also require use of process and personnel management skills if assigned to a site lead position. Must have reliable transportation and strong English skills.
