China Country Manager<br>Report to Asia Pacific Managing Director<br>Location: Beijing<br><br>Responsibility:<br>- Overall responsibility for Business Operations, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting<br>- Responsible for planning, organizing, addressing and managing all the activities of the company;<br>- Identifies and recommends the short, medium and long-term business strategies and <br>- Develop business plan and establish short and long-term business objectives; <br>- Analyzes and appraises the effectiveness of all operations to ensure that established objectives are met.<br>- Establish budgets and controls expense of the entire organization;<br>- Identifies and develop business opportunities and business partners in China market;<br>- Establish CP business in China targeting mobile users;<br>- Act as spokesman of the company and develops relationships with government bodies, local authorities; <br><br>Requirement:<br>- University degree above and over 5 years of management experience;<br>- Fluent English and Chinese;<br>- Strong leadership and excellent management skills.</p>

Job Title: Country GM - China<br>Hiring Manager (reports to): Global CEO (Based in Europe)<br>Location: Beijing, China<br><br>Purpose of Position<br>- As the most senior executive in the country, the Country Manager is responsible for determining the strategic vision for the local organisation and for the management of the local country team.<br>- The Country Manager is responsible for the control and delivery of the Profit & Loss agreed targets of the business unit.<br>- To lead the local team to ensure delivery of the agreed (financial and non-financial) objectives.<br><br>Job Description<br>- Establishment of the current and long-range objectives and setting of the adequate product sales and marketing plans for future developments.<br>- Allocation of resources - human, financial, legal, technical, etc. <br>-to achieve the balance between short and long-term profits, <br>- Representation of the Company and its values in its relationships with major customers, suppliers and competitors.<br>- Responsibility for P&L, marketing plan, product plans, technology, legal, PR, personnel and so on,<br>- Coordinating the above related issues with HQ policies in each matter and getting their approval for them.<br>- Execution of the above functions in accordance with the general policies of the Company.<br><br>Employee's Qualifications<br>·University degree (MBA preferable).<br>·The candidate should come from strong background of Mobile Value Added Service and good business connections with Telecom operators in China;<br>·Driver and self-motivator, Independent, Analytical, Proactive and outgoing, Business negotiation skills, Communication skills, Stress management (able to work under stressful conditions), Adaptable to changing environment,<br>·Team work driver, Leadership skills, Priority management skills<br>·People management: capable of manage a team of fifteen people with strong growth potential: understanding of the need on how to motivate said team. <br>·Previous work in a multinational company is considered a strong requirement<br>·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with team members in other countries.<br>·Capability to reach targets under pressure<br>·Country Manager is verbally and visually talented and writes and speaks fluent Mandarin and English</p>
