职位要求: <br>A类: <br>1、无线网规网优业界5年经验及以上 (对于特别优秀的、有实力的工程师年限可以适当放宽); <br>2、熟练掌握GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA中的某一产品或多种产品通信原理; <br>3、具备清晰的系统的规划优化思路:对网络充分评估的基础上,能够站在网络级层次对网络进行较全面的合理规划,包括组网策略、中长期话务预测、容量和覆盖解决方案、LAC规划等,能对网络的长期健康发展给出合理建议;能对KPI进行深入的系统分析并能针对性的优化网络,如掉话优化、切换优化、干扰优化、数据业务优化、RF优化等,提出关键可行的优化解决建议; <br>4、领导或参与过省会级城市或一级地市以上的大型网络规划优化项目; <br><br>B类: <br>1、无线网规网优业界5年经验及以上(对于特别优秀的可以放宽到3年以上); <br>2、熟练掌握GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA中的某一产品或多种产品通信原理; <br>3、具备清晰的系统的规划优化思路:在对网络充分评估的基础上: <br>a) 能够站在网络级层次对网络进行较全面的合理规划,包括组网策略、中长期话务预测、容量和覆盖解决方案、LAC规划等,能对网络的长期健康发展给出合理建议; <br>b) 能对KPI进行深入的系统分析并能针对性的优化网络,如掉话优化、切换优化、干扰优化、数据业务优化、RF优化等,提出关键可行的优化解决建议; <br>以上两点满足其中一点即可; <br>4、领导或参与过一级地市以上的大型网络规划优化项目; <br><br>C类: <br>1、无线网规网优业界3年经验及以上; <br>2、熟练掌握GSM/CDMA/TD-SCDMA中的某一产品或多种产品通信原理; <br>3、熟悉无线网络规划和优化流程; <br>4、熟练掌握覆盖和容量规划、频率/PN规划; <br>5、深刻理解网络规划的相关参数及调整原则,能对KPI进行深入的系统分析并能针对性的优化; <br>6、领导或参与过地市级以上的网络规划优化项目; <br><br></p>

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<br>1.Key Activities <br>Pursue sales leads with local sales people<br>Asses customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions, handle more complex enquiries<br>Negotiate price / delivery and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets<br>stablish annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and prioritize own activities so these targets can be met<br>Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization<br>Build positive relationships with customers that will generate future sales and repeat business<br>Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve sales targets<br>Deliver on commitments<br>2.Differentiation<br>Manage and Develop the Complete Rosemount Process Wireless Business utilizing complete Emerson Process portfolio as well as integrating strategic partner relationships (eg CISCO) to solve customer measurement needs<br>Develop Rosemount as the Undisputed Wireless Leader <br>Accountable for achievement of country / territory budget<br>Responsible for the growth (sales volume) budget<br>Co-ordinate with Marketing Managers to ensure common messaging. <br>Generate "Quantifiable Business Result"(QBR).<br>Create Application Notes and White Papers in conjunction with the AP Wireless Marketing team. Ensure expedient dissemination of material to country / territory sales people<br>Conduct Sales Effectiveness training for internal sales force, focused on building consultative sales skills<br>Conduct Differentiation / product seminars and/or training to internal and external customers.<br><br>Develop China Wireless plan<br>3.Market Support Services<br>Ensure Process Wireless Sales and Marketing Strategies are implemented, in conjunction with country leadership.<br>Assist new product launches, in concert with Marketing Team. Activities include: product rollout to countries, demonstrations deployment, pricing, training for Sales/Marketing/CST, ensuring local approvals are met<br>Assist in Marquee and Key Account Project Pursuits activities, as led by Project Pursuit team. In particular, focus on developing Differentiation Strategies during initial pursuit cycle. Focus on maximizing Wireless Sales<br>Assist in regular competitive market research as needed and identify local competitive threats<br>Work with country management to deliver first class pre-sales product and technical support. <br>Assist in any new and ad-hoc Marketing programs as needed<br>Deliver regular updated analyses to AP Wireless Marketing Team.<br><br>Measures for Performance:<br>1.Total Sales, quotations and order quantity<br>2.Increasing AUP by product differentiation<br>3.Market Participation <br>4.Internal Sales training seminars coordinated and/or conducted.<br>5.White Papers, Applications Notes, and QBR's developed and distributed<br><br>JOB COMPETENCIES<br>1.A good understanding of process instrumentation and fast in learning <br>2.Strong interpersonal, communication and planning skill, and strong presentation skills <br>3.Strong computer proficiency in the use of a presentation package (such as PowerPoint), a spreadsheet (such as Excel), and a word processor (such as Word).<br>4.Capable of extensive travel within China to support the sales efforts and travel outside China for training and other business meetings.<br>5.Driving for result and customer focus<br><br>EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE<br>1.Degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience in process control industry with strong knowledge. Strong technical and industry knowledge.<br>2.Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) and must be a good communicator.</p>
