You will gather and analyze information to define product requirements and design specifications. Participate in Customer Business Requirement definition and review, working closely with the Strategy team <br>2. Drive functional design projects, according to the directions and standards of Oracle E-Business suite Applications <br>4. Support Development during the Construct phase of projects <br>5. Contribute and review QA test plans <br>6. Participate actively in Field Readiness training for new releases and assist the documentation team. <br>7. Business experience in any of the following areas : logistics , procurement or manufacturing<br>3. Ability to interact with customers and actively co-ordinate with them in requirements gathering and conduct design reviews in English, both written and verbal, including meetings and conference calls with our international R&D divisions in the US and India and our international customers<br>4. The objective is to ensure that Oracle’s Security, EM and High Performance (Coherence / Times Ten) solutions can be effectively positioned, implemented and the community is expanded. The candidate will manage and periodically report key success metrics such as revenue, product-mix, competitive wins/loss, critical customers and internal readiness both to APAC Management as well as to Product Development. The candidate will be responsible for knowledge management & facilitate collaboration of the above solutions’ content such as best practices, industry architectures within the APAC community as well as with other divisions in Oracle through Global Exchange Forums, Community Calls & Solution Newsletters.
The candidate is expected to be a leader with strong process management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Projects include RAC High Availability and Cluster Ready System, Oracle 11g's plug & play features, Oracle File System testing.<BR>3. Oracle Certification Environment Program<BR>4. Oracle RAC integration/upgrade tests among different platforms (Linux, AIX, Solaris 64, and Windows)<BR>5. Product training and user documentation review<BR>6. Oracle RAC Destructive and Stress testing
Professional Background:
The candidate must either have a minimum of 2 years in the enterprise software industry or master degree in Computer Science or related fields. Prior experiences as a member of Oracle DBA, Customer Support, Technical Consulting, Product Development or QA teams are preferred.
Technical Background:
1. Proficient knowledge of Unix/Linux, and at least one of shell scripting languages.<BR>2. Must have ample experiences in any one of the following platforms: Linux, Solaris 64, IBM/AIX, Windows.<BR>3. Experience designing and executing destructive or performance tests is a plus.<BR>4.
