The E-Business suite is one of Oracle top ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) suite that enables large international companies and SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) to manage their business end to end. The Oracle e-Business suite includes complements in Financials (Payable, Receivable, General Ledger…), Supply Chain management (Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Order Management and distribution), Human Resources (Payroll, Employee management …) and many others. The initial focus of the new Shenzhen development center will be in Supply Chain Management, specifically Procurement, Logistics and then Manufacturing.<br><br>Brief Position Description: We are looking for talented Product Managers to be part of our new development center in Shenzhen. As an EBS Product Manager you will be able to demonstrate your business analytical and design skills to put your imprint on E-Business suite application, leveraging your experiences in Logistics, Procurement or Manufacturing.<br><br>Detailed Description : <br><br>As a member of the product development division, you will define product requirements and give your input on product strategy. You will gather and analyze information to define product requirements and design specifications. You will also provide key input in multiple collateral such as product Documentation, Transfer Of Information and will get tightly involved with our customers, international or domestic to better understanding their business processes and practices.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include:<br><br>•Participate in Customer Business Requirement definition and review, working closely with the Strategy team <br><br>•Collaborate with product managers across Oracle Applications to identify and support integration touch points <br><br>•Drive functional design projects, according to the directions and standards of Oracle E-Business suite Applications <br><br>•Support Development during the Construct phase of projects <br><br>•Contribute and review QA test plans <br><br>•Participate actively in Field Readiness training for new releases and assist the documentation team. <br><br>•Manage strategic customers for successful implementation<br><br>Job Requirements:<br><br>BS degree , MBA or equivalent.<br><br>Business experience in any of the following areas : logistics , procurement or manufacturing<br><br>Ability to interact with customers and actively co-ordinate with them in requirements gathering and conduct design reviews in English, both written and verbal, including meetings and conference calls with our international R&D divisions in the US and India and our international customers<br><br>Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or other Supply Chain applications a plus<br><br>Experience in Software solution design would be an advantage a plus<br><br>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects<br><br>A team player who works well in a challenging and highly collaborative environment<br><br>Highly motivated<br><br>Contact person: helena.cai@oracle.com<br>不限面议
