美国成长迅速电子商务人力资源总监<br>岗位职责:<br>1、制定公司人力资源发展战略,对人力资源体系进行优化建设<br>2、根据公司战略制定人力资源管理的政策和流程<br>3、建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究、设计人力资源管理模式(包含岗位设置、招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设),制定和完善人力资源管理制度<br>4、领导人力资源储备工作,负责公司中高层职位人员的筛选<br>5、制定并执行集团中高层管理人员的绩效考评体系<br>6、通过考察、交流、考核、选拔等方式为任用中层领导干部提供方案。保证公司具有优秀的中层领导团队。同时负责后备干部梯队的建设<br>7、收集有关人员招聘、培训、考核、薪酬等方面的信息,建立公司人力资源管理信息系统,为公司重大人力资源管理决策提供参考依据<br>8、综合分析有关人力资源方面数据,制定相应策略,支持公司业务的可持续性发展 <br>9、塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化<br><br>岗位要求:<br>1、本科以上学历<br>2、10年左右相关工作经验,其中至少5年以上集团型跨国公司HR管理经验,3年以上人力资源总监或人力资源部经理工作经验<br>3、具有战略、策略化思维,有能力建立、整合不同的工作团队<br><br>HR Director<br><br>Responsibility:<br>1.Set up strategy for HR development, and optimize construction of HR system.<br>2.Set up HR Management policy and progress according to company strategy.<br>3.Built up and completed HR Management system, study and design HR Management module (including construction of positions setting up, recruitment, performance, training, compensation and employee development).<br>4.Lead HR repertory, in charge of selecting middle and high level positions.<br>5.Make and execute assessment for middle and high level.<br>6.Through reviewing, communication, assessment and election to provide solution about middle level managers, and insure company has high performance middle level managers. At the same time, succession planning and training of the key potential staff.<br>7.Collect information about recruitment, training, assessment and compensation, in order to build up HR information system, and becomes guideline when company making HR Management decision.<br>8.Synthetically analyze data in regard to HR information, accordingly, to make the solutions and to support the consistent sales development.<br>9.Create, maintain, develop, and spread the company culture.<br><br>Requirement:<br>1.BA degree or above<br>2.At least 10 years relevant experience, includes 5 years or above HR management experience in multinational company, and 3 years or above in HR director or HR Manager.<br>3.Strategic, planned thinking, has capability to built up and integrate different teams.</p>
