Hines<br>Assistant Architect 助理建筑师<br>Project   21st Century Tower, a 50-story mixed-use project with a scope of 88,495 square meters, including 39,825 square meters Grade-A office, a 190 room Four Seasons Hotel and 60 luxury residences managed by the Four Seasons.   Based in        Shanghai   Reports to        Site Architect   Responsibilities: Design coordination: Manage and coordinate external design consultants, including foreign architect, Local Design Institute, curtain wall consultant, landscape designers, lighting designer, etc. Review design documents and attend design meetings to ensure design content is complete and well coordinated per owner/developer requirements, and design deliverables are prepared in accordance with milestones identified in the construction schedule; Concept & detail design: Ensure design directives from the owner/developer are complete and clearly understood by the design consultants; Design development: Seek clarifications from owner/developer where unfinished design or incomplete design is affecting design consultant progress; Oversee design implementation during construction: Make sure design intent is accurately implemented by the contractor.
