Communication and visibility and established ownership of programmatic issues.<br>3. Requirements are met with respect to product, schedule and program and product costs.<br><br>Principle Working Relations:<br>SIT, Marketing, Sales, CLC, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Field, Service, Training, Quality, EH&S, IP, OEC, WWE, other SITs. <br><br>Qualification Requirement:<br>1. Education: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering <br>2. Experience: B.Sc. or M.Sc.: 3 years, of related experience in technical and managerial leadership.<br>3. Program/ Project management experience in multi-disciplined projects with a proven track record of meeting program targets with respect to requirements, cost and schedule.<br>4. Language: CET-6 or equivalent. Fluent in read, written and spoken English<br>5. Computer Skills: fully competent with Microsoft Office and MS-Project<br>6.
