Key responsibilities:
Recruit all staff
Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in personnel & training activities
Responsible for the formulation, recommendation and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
Set up policies and procedures system
Organize staff activates and career development
Key profile needed:
At least 2 years experience in the same position or as AHR
With good communication and people skills
With a previous hotel experience, preferably an international hotel
Good English skills (both spoken and written)
Experience in hotel pre-opening and take over would be an asset
Strong interpersonal skills
Work place : Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Jinan, KunMing.
