主要职责Key Responsibilities:

1 Daily safety inspection, any hidden danger found must be removed. 进行日现场安全检查，发现安全稳患立刻处理。
2 The used unsafe behaviors of the operators should be changed through safety meetings and safety induction. 通过安全会及安全教育逐渐消灭习惯性不安全行为。
3 Any incident and accident must be reported timely and an investigation must be made to chase the source of the case. Measures must be taken to prevent the similar cases. 即时报告任何事故，调查分析原因拿出防止同类事故发生的对策。
4 Output and output grade 出矿、出矿品位
5 Development 掘进
6 Back filling 充填
7 Control discharge of dust and pollution 控制粉尘、污水排放
8 Complete the ventilation facilities underground ( fans, ventilation gags, vent doors and rises) so that there is enough air around the working faces.即时完善井下通风设施(风机、风筒、风门、风井等)，保证工作面有足够风的流动
9 Increase the efficiency of the equipment and manpower, reduce the dilution rate and material consumption. 提高设备、劳动力使用率，降低贫化损失，减少材料消耗
10 Guarantee the safety of the underground production 保证井下生产安全
11 Make suggestions to help upgrade the procedures 建议并帮助政策的修改

任职要求Qualification for the position:

1 Mining engineering
采矿工程技术专业毕业
2 Working experience
具有无轨采矿工作经历
3 Basic computer operation skill and English reading and writing skill
基本电脑操作技能，英语读、写技能
4 Basic management skill
基本的管理技能
5 University education
大专以上毕业
6 3 years of working experiences
三年以上相关工作经验

此职位的工作地点在吉林省白山市项目现场。 工作班次安排为：每月工作 20 天/休息 10 天。
