Job Description:
Establishes and documents manufacturing bill of material, production methods, tooling, sequence of operations, and task times as required by the various operating procedures.(Full)
Responsible for developing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes, especially technology transfer from abroad.(Full)
Compress lead times through improved processing methods to reduced scrap and rework costs(Full)
Develops and executes the continuously improvement initiative to achieve the objective of production strategies(Shared)
Reviews, evaluates and makes recommendations regarding workplace layouts, equipment planning and cost reductions.(Shared)
Candidate Requirements:
Two years minimum experience in related area of manufacturing, preferably working in turbine or turbo-compressor industry or related industry
Have experience worked in international teams
Basic turbine or compressor knowledge
Quality knowledge
Bi-lingual Chinese and English
