Responsibilities:
1. Assist maize breeder and maize breeder assistant to conduct our company’s maize breeding plan (nursery for creating inbred, production of experimental hybrids, network of trials, winter season work in Hainan). 协助育种家及育种家助理执行公司玉米育种计划，主要负责培育自交系及杂交系、各种自交杂交试验、冬季在海南工作。并可知道田间技术工人进行工作。

2. Under the guide of maize breeder & maize breeder assistant conduct the breeding program in all aspects in respect with the company's breeding strategy, volume and quality of work and field work like planting,fertilization,irragation,polination, harvest and data record and analysis etc) 在育种家的指导下执行公司的玉米育种计划及田间工作（如播种、施肥、浇灌、授粉、收获、数据记录分析等）。

3. Help to find suitable field for maize breeding trails and the management of trail field. 协助公司寻找合适的玉米育种试验田及合作农户的指导与管理。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree majored in agriculture, biotechnology, agronomy etc; 农学、植物遗传育种等专业学士以上学历。
2. With at least 1 years experiences in maize breeding. 应具有一年以上玉米育种实践经验为佳。
3. Have leadership, management and organizational skills, excellent R&D capabilities.具有一定的组织管理能力，良好的科研素养。
4. Good communication skills both in written and oral Chinese and English in order to be proactive interlocutory with our foreign experts.基本的英文沟通能力。
5. Literate at computer Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.良好的计算机应用能力。
6. Honest, reliable, willing to dedicate to maize breeding and a hard field worker. 诚实可信，有志于玉米育种事业，乐于田间工作。
7. Willing to travel occasionally and must be able to work in Hainan province during winter.可以出差，愿意冬季（3个月）在海南工作。
8. Have driving license is a plus. 具有驾驶证优先。
9. 2012年毕业生需能从2012年3月起到公司实习。
