重要提示：该职位上班地点非城市，需要到位于贵州省贞丰县沙坪乡的矿山现场上班，每月工作19天后休假11天，公司每日有往返贵阳与矿山现场的免费通勤车。应聘者请在投寄简历前慎重考虑。

Responsibilities:

· prepare financial and cost management reporting (including narrative analysis on both cost indicators and financial ratio);
· follow up the investigation and clean-up on accounts with abnormal balance or have unusual transactions
· Monitoring inventory level flux and review stock issue reports-inventory control analysis and NRV testing;
· Monitoring the flux on major assets, liabilities, revenue and cost, provide analysis report.
· Assisting in other department's budget/forecast and closing task.
· Review reports prepared for external by other teams. Assist in updating and present statistic reports
· Review capital requirements for department items.
· Review departmental expenditure on a monthly basis and ensure all variances to budget are investigated and explained.
· Identify specific errorareas for cost improvement and ensure the development and implementation of action plans to achieve these gains.


Work Knowledge:
（1）At lease 3 years college degree majoring in finance, and more than 2 years experiences in finance/accounting work.大专以上会计专业，2年以上会计工作经历。
（2）Experience in mining industry or manufacturing environment, hands-on working experience on cost accounting or financial/cost analysis .有矿业或跨国公司制造业成本管理或财务分析经验。
（3）know Government policies/regulation on finance/accounting/taxation. Good knowledge on IFRS and China GAAP懂得国家财会/税务法律规定及国际财务报告准则。
（4）Workable English能用英语进行工作上的交流和沟通

Computer Skills:
· ERP system, SAP experience preferred
· Good computer skills with the ability to use integrated management systems, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications.
