Key Responsibilites 主要职责：
（1）Strictly follow Company’s HSE procedures and regulations, guarantee the safety of himself/herself and the subordinates.严格遵守公司的HSE程序和规定，保证自身和下属的安全
（2）Make specific o/p mining production schedule for mining work-shifts, follow up and coordinate mining production progress, achieve mining production target.
制定班组的生产计划，跟踪/协调生产进度情况.
（3）Achieve mining production targets as per budget 按计划完成露天采矿生产预算目标
（4）Frequently monitor the mining production/safety system and understand the production progress及时了解生产、安全系统监测结果，掌握生产运行情况
（5）Take participate in the design of drilling, blasting, stripping, mining preparation, ore recovery, extraction, ventilation, water-supply and drainage and filling-back.参与穿孔、爆破、剥离、采准、回采、通风、供/排水、供电、采场回填设计的制定
（6）Take part in cost budget preparation and control the cost. 参与编制成本预算，并控制成本预算
（7）Ensure all projects are complying the design requirements and progressing as scheduled.落实所有工程是否符合设计要求及进度要求
（8）Reduce ore leanness and ore loss.控制矿石贫化率或损失率
（9）Ensuring the necessary systems and procedures are in place and operating properly.确保在工作岗位和工作场所执行必须的工作流程和工作程序
（10）Coach employees on job and actively bring up high potential employees.对下属员工进行工作上培训，积极培养有潜力的员工
Qualifications 任职要求:
（1）Rich Professional knowledge and skills in O/P mining.具有丰富的露天采矿采矿的专业知识和技能
（2）More than 6 years O/P mining work experience and management experinece.六年以上露天采矿工作经验和管理经验
（3）Good interpersonal skills. Strong sense of teamwork良好人际关系技巧; 良好的团队意识。
（4）Good communication skill and Workable English良好的交流沟通技能；具备基本的英语技能
（5）Have basic computer operation skills, could use mining software such as Surpac or Auto CAD etc. .具有基本的电脑操作技能，能使用矿业软件（如Surpac，Auto CAD等）

此岗位工作地点位于黑龙江省逊克县东安金矿现场，公司会根据外地工作的特点，采取每月集中工作20天，集中休假10天的工作排班办法，让员工与家人经常团聚，并承担员工排班休假时往返家所在地与工作地点之间的旅途交通费用和员工在工作地点的食/宿费用。
